No. There will be no weekly weigh-ins.
Can you guarantee weight loss?
No. My priority is teaching you how to trust your body again and make peace with food. I can provide you with the tools to recognize and address your caus of over-eating. Weight loss will usually follow.
Do you recommend any particular diets or avoiding any foods during your program?
No. I believe your body intuitively knows what it needs to run effectively. No foods are ‘off limits’. Cutting out food groups frequently leads to cravings and bingeing.
Why learn in a small group?
Struggling with weight loss is often frustrating and isolating. In small groups, we are able to learn from one another and find support. I create a safe space to discuss your journey and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. All information shared will be kept 100% confidential.
